ISC-222 Project Planning/Control
This course covers how to plan, schedule and control projects typical in manufacturing and service industries. Topics include fundamental project management concepts and hands-on computer application experience with process flow charting and PERT/CPM project managers. Upon completion, students should be able to plan, schedule and control projects using state-of-the-art computer application programs. Some online sections may require proctored exams.
