ISC-170 Problem-Solving Skills

This course covers basic concepts of interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Topics include leadership development, constructive feedback, building relationships, and winning support from others. Upon completion, students should be able to use interpersonal skills effectively and lead others. Some online sections may require proctored exams.
