ENV-210 Management of Waste
This course examines contemporary environmental issues concerning the disposal of wastes. Topics include problems associated with the disposal of municipal solid waste, low-level radioactive waste, high-level radioactive waste, hazardous waste, and toxic materials. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the methodologies and technologies involved in the proper handling and disposal of wastes. Some online sections may require proctored exams.
